IF THE GAME DOES NOT LOAD FOR YOU ON ITCH.IO, HIT RELOAD ONCE

Over the years, the game grew massively in scope. In version 1.0, ROIdle now includes:

  • 15 classes across 3 tiers, with real specialization and progression paths
  • 200+ unique skills, enabling deep party synergies
  • In-depth battle scripting, letting the player dictate exactly the behavior of the characters
  • Hunts and dungeons playable solo or by teaming up with friends’ characters
  • A full quest system, including one-time quests, daily quests, and a developing storyline
  • Resource gathering and crafting for weapons, armor, and potions
  • Refinement and enchantment stations, allowing you to push your gear further
  • A personal Estate system, where you build and upgrade facilities that actively support your progression
  • Gardens for herbs and tree harvest
  • A player-driven market, leaderboards and in-game chat
  • Offline progress, guest accounts, and seamless play on desktop and mobile
  • Seasonal and Permanent servers, one resetting every 6 months, the other inheriting all progress made on each season

One thing we want to give some special attention to:

ROIdle has a monthly membership, as we need to sustain the game somehow, but it is completely free of gacha mechanics, loot boxes, pay-to-win systems or manipulative monetization tricks. Progress comes from planning, time, and smart decisions, not from luck or wallets.

If you saw our game before, this is no longer just “that idle RO-like game you once tried”.

It’s a carefully crafted RPG meant to be played over months and years, at your own pace, without stress, fear of missing out or daily obligations.

And this is just the beginning. We have tons of ideas we will gradually implement every Season start. New Dungeons, Hunt areas, classes, weapons, entire new systems. The game is an ever evolving world we are thrilled to share with you all once again.

Version 1.0 is out live now and available in browser on your desktop or mobile devices.

Come and bring your party to reclaim Rune Midgard after Ragnarok’s Oblivion.

First quest asked for Sticky Mucus, but below, with the quest bar, it still asks for 3 Jellopy and they seems to never drop.

Sorry for late reply, thanks, will check

This game is very confused about what it wants to be.

Why does it take 1 minute to travel to a leveling zone?  Is it an idler?  No, because I have to interact with it constantly.  I have to tell it to hunt.  Not hunt too long, though, because if I set it for too long, I'll exhaust my meager healing items and die, winding up back in town... where I don't heal.  Because healing requires a timer.  For reasons.

So it's not an idler.  And yet... I can't DO anything while I'm sitting here watching text scroll.  By.  Slowly.  Want to heal?  Nope.  Have to set that up to be automated (if you can find the save button, hidden under the chat box).  Because inserting 'consume healing item' as your next action is not allowed.  For reasons.

In fact, if this game is anything, it's a simulation game.  It simulates all the time real MMOs make you waste doing the grind... without any actual content.  It's just that.  Watching a timer count the time you'd spend playing an actual game.

im not able to eat anything and ive tried refreshing it and also on other characters but the buttons not there

Oops. Will fix this ASAP.

thx itś all good now

It is now fixed

what do you have planned for the next update?

  • Bugfixes
  • Mini icons on map where there are dungeons
  • Elements should kick in now, with Magnum break dealing fire damage and neutral damage to ghosts will deal only 25% of the damage. And that's the rest of the damage at the moment. This is done as a preparation for Archers.
  • Payon city, also for preparation for Archers
  • Ship travel from Izlude to Alberta and vice versa and probably Byalan Dungeon, first 2 levels at least.
