Version 0.21 - class rework


v0.21.0

~ New Stuff ~

- RO Job system was replaced with dynamic classes system. Initially to players only 3 classes are available: Warrior, Scout and Apprentice. After reaching level 30 in those classes, other 6 are opens up. In total, for now, 18th classes are planned.
- Class level is capped at 50
- Only one class is limited per character, since many players have 5 characters already created, for time being you'll have to be stuck on minimum of 3 Warriors.
- Classes can be switched on demand for any character, as long as character not in action.
- Bonus job stats are now removed. But each 5 level ups in class give additional +1 status point to all characters.
- RO Skills were now removed and new skills added. Skills are split betwen shared per account, like weapon masteries, crafting, vending. Some passives are shared between classes, like Improved Fortitude between Warrior and Knight and active skills are mostly class dependant
- Skills crazy numbers were squished for balancing
- Skill points are removed. All skills are now leveled up to level 100 and mostly levels up by using it.
- Skills assets are now replaced
- Monsters skills for now are disabled
- Items class limitations have been removed
- Skill reset have been removed
- Item crafting is now replaced with new formula of 60% chance to craft item + skill level + DEX/INT - item required level
- All new formulas are experimental of course and we will be gathering feedback
- Discount is now removed from the game
- Poison/Acid crafting is now removed from the game
- Hammer of Blacksmith in refinement can now be used by anyone
- Added 2 new attribute to the game, mp regeneration and counter attack and will be adding more for clarity and vision of player, over "hidden formulas" in the backend.
- There is now skill which will be expanding your inventory slot amount.
- Temporary hide leaderboard link

~ Bug fixes ~

- Fix shops when it was impossible to buy item from shop in "another location"

~ Balance ~

- All vanity headgears drop chance was reduced to 0.01%

~ New Stuff ~

- New player accounts by default are going to be limited to only 3 slots, 1 per each starting class. The rest will open up when 2 starting classes will reach level 30.
- Add comma separated zeny values to player shops transactions and prices all other prices displays

~ Bug fixes ~

- Fix Eye For An Eye skill explanation that it's a passive
- Fix error of player maximum base level not being updated on characters level up, forbidding characters to start longer hunts or craft items
- Fix craft not being accessible to new players
- Fix maximum slot calculation with Enlarge Backpack skill and dynamic update as skill levels up
- Fix invisible avatar bug on character creation
- Fix longer hunt timers actually required level 11 instead of 10
- Fix experience not being updated real time on characters during hunt
- Fix styling issues on skills page where some blocks were longer than the others


v0.21.5

~ New Stuff ~

- Add action progress bar on the Battle Field, for player to see when the next action going to trigger
- Add character name when opening character modal
- Move craft current action information next to interrupt button for the character. This enables all 5 characters to craft weapons, armors and laboratory items. This also allow the browsing of crafting menu unless all 5 characters are busy in action.
- Add "action finish" sound notification. This will trigger as soon as character action is finished.
- Bring back leaderboards, instead of Top in class for now it's an overall Top Level leaderboard.
- Remove snow/xmas ambience
- Add info on Classes page
- Add monster whereabouts in the Monster Lore

~ Bug fixes ~

- Remove mentions of Job Exp on crafting or from Monster Lore
- Add missing Manage Shop button on mobile - Eye For An Eye is now Passive skill instead of Buff. Description was updated. Counter attack will trigger back as long as character can reach the target. So if Mercenary have a bow and being hit, character will hit back with basic attack even from far away. - Divine Protection will now check if buff is already present before being cast again - Fix Mocking Shout debuffing the opponent P.Atk instead of buffing it. - Fix statistics information after the battle showing XP as undefined because it was still trying to show Job XP.

~ Balance ~

- Update Skill and Class Experience requirement table, in general it should be more balance and require less XP. Please speak with Sinweaver for details.
- Heal will not receive XP from healing amount, but of the heal target level - Improved Fortitude will now not give XP based on overheal. So if you healed by +500HP, but received only +1HP from it, you will receive only +1 XP. - Provoke, Taunt and Mocking Shout will now give XP for the highest enemy level that was affected - Exp scaling for skill leveling was removed. Now a of skill will receive XP equal to target level. - Enlarge backpack should receive XP based on the monster level item was received from instead of just being +1 - Add default Heal value for Heal = 20 and Cure = 60, so it would not heal by +1 on first levels even when healer is with 50+ WIS.

v0.21.6

~ New Stuff ~

- Add chat icons and titles into the game, this is a little bit rushed but should work. Configuration available in top right corner of the chat, next to collapse/expand buttons.
- Patreon icon is now moved to chat icons and should be enabled for all active patrons. - All players that enter the game should now receive an Alpha Tester icon and title. - There are icons available for 2020 and 2021 Christmas event if you still have a dyestuff, if you use it, you will be able to receive an icon - Remove all mentions of "base level" in the game - Instead of showing message Your base level increased now System message should show which character leveled up - When leveling classes and reaching level 5 it will give you "Initiate (class)" title - Cheap Room in the Inn will now be free of charge, that players without money will be able to rest - Add information to class page on when slot 4 and 5 for characters opens

~ Bug fixes ~

- Crafts will now kick character out of it no matter what, this should resolve problem of characters being stuck in craft with negative timer
- Fix error when opening player profile from the game was only working when they were online
- Fix craft where selecting Max craft time would go over 24h in a multiple days, make it confusing. Now it should be always limited at 12h.
